What we collect, and why

• Your work email. It is your account. We use it to sign you in and to send you the specs you send.
• Your name, firm and phone number. You enter these before your first spec goes out. Jana needs a person to greet and a number to call about a project; a spec with no one attached to it is not useful to anybody.
• Your projects. The project name, the client name if you give one, the pieces you add, their finishes and quantities, and any note you write on a line.
• Nothing to do with money. No card, no bank details, no billing address. This site quotes no prices and takes no payments, so there is nothing of that kind to collect.

Browsing the site takes none of this. You can read every page here without an account.

Signing in, and the one cookie

There is no password to choose or forget. You give your email, we send a link and a six‑digit code, and either one signs you in. The link and code are single‑use and expire shortly after they are sent.

Staying signed in needs one cookie. It holds a signed token that says which account you are and nothing else — no name, no browsing history. It cannot be read by scripts, it is only sent over HTTPS, and signing out clears it. That cookie is the only one this site sets.

Who sees it

Jana McRorey and Patrick Hammontree, who run the showroom, and the Billiard Factory colleagues who support them. They are notified by email when you open an account, when you complete your profile, when you start a project and when you send a spec — because a designer working on a room is exactly what the showroom exists to help with.

A spec you send goes to you and to Jana together, as a PDF. Nobody outside Billiard Factory and the services listed below is given your information, and we do not sell it or trade it.

The services this site runs on

Each of these handles a piece of the work, and each sees only the part it needs:

• Netlify — hosts the site and serves every page.
• Supabase — the database that holds your account, your projects and the specs you have sent.
• Resend — delivers the sign‑in emails and the spec sheets.
• ImageKit — stores and serves the product photography, and the PDF of each spec you send.
• GoHighLevel, reached through Zapier — the customer record Billiard Factory keeps, so the showroom knows who is working with us.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces. Loading a page requests them, which shows Google your IP address, as it does on a great many sites.

What this site does not do

It runs no analytics and no advertising trackers. There is no Google Analytics here, no advertising pixel, no session recorder, and nothing that follows you to another site. We do not build a profile of what you looked at.

How long we keep it, and how to have it removed

Your account and your projects stay while you are working with us, so that a spec you sent last season is still there when the job comes back around. A sent spec is kept as a record of what was specified.

Ask and we will remove it. Email jana@gameroomfurniturepartners.com and say what you want done — a correction, a copy of what we hold, or your account and its projects deleted. A person will answer you, and deletion means deleted.

Changes
